On December 17, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a plan to organize the groundbreaking ceremony, inauguration, and technical opening of 9 projects to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party on December 19.
Of which, 2 projects will hold a groundbreaking ceremony including: Launching ceremony of Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park Project (phase 1) and Launching ceremony of Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park Project (phase 1).
Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park Phase 1 and Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park Phase 1 both have an area of 1,000 hectares and are located next to Long Thanh airport.
These two industrial parks have a technical infrastructure investment capital of about VND9,000 billion/zone.
It is estimated that these industrial parks will bring in corporate income tax of about VND 12,000 billion/year after being put into use. The above industrial parks are expected to attract about 12.7 billion USD in foreign investment capital and create jobs for 80,000 - 90,000 workers at factories.
In addition, 7 other projects and works in Dong Nai province will organize the groundbreaking, inauguration, and technical traffic opening, including: Inauguration ceremony of some works and opening of the first flight of Long Thanh International Airport Project Phase 1 - Component Project 3.
