In early September, present in Coc San commune, Lao Cai province, next to the large construction site of the Right Bank Technical Infrastructure Project of Tong Chu 2 residential area, Lao Dong Newspaper reporters recorded the bustling construction and construction activities.
According to observations, at the construction site, workers and a series of large-capacity machines such as road rollers, bulldozers, and trucks are constantly leveling and pouring soil to make a flat surface.
Through research, the Right Bank Technical Infrastructure Project for the residential area of Tong Chu 2 village has an area of 5.77 hectares, deployed in Tong Chu village, Coc San commune, and is currently invested by the Lao Cai - Coc San Construction Investment Project Management Board.
The project is undertaken by Viet Tuyen One Member Co., Ltd., and will be implemented in the period of 2022-2026. The total investment of the project is over 82 billion VND from the land use fee revenue generated by the project.
In reality, the project has a favorable location, located right next to National Highway 4D to Sa Pa, with a complete traffic infrastructure.
In addition, this place is also near the Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway, important border gate areas of the province, helping to promote trade development.
The technical infrastructure of the right bank of Tong Chu 2 residential area is planned, designed synchronously and implemented with a system of leveling the ground, traffic routes, drainage, water supply, and lighting.
Thereby contributing to resettlement arrangements, quickly attracting people to live, actively contributing to local socio-economic development goals.
Ms. Nguyen Ha Thu (Coc San commune, Lao Cai province) shared: "This time it is sunny, so there are machines in this area, workers are working all the time, trucks coming in and out to dump soil are also bustling. I see that if they build that big house, it must be a cultural house or a hall. But I also hope that the project contractor will take advantage of the construction quickly to soon complete and put it into use, beautifying the area".
Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Deputy Director of the Lao Cai - Coc San Construction Investment Project Management Board Pham Anh Hung said: "The Right Bank Technical Infrastructure Project of Tong Chu 2 village has a total site clearance area of 5.77 hectares. Of which, it affects 56 households and 1 organization. Currently, the authorities have issued a notice of land reclamation to 57/57 households, have listed 51/57 households, and approved 39/57 households. The contractor is implementing items such as leveling the ground, embankment system, sewers...".
According to Mr. Pham Anh Hung, the project will arrange and resettle on-site for households who need to build houses.
As for the problems related to site clearance, the relevant agencies will continue to propagate and mobilize people to comply with the provisions of the law to complete the project in the period of 2022-2026.
