For example, in Vung Tau City, there were a series of large projects that were of interest such as: Mui Nghinh Phong tourism, entertainment and resort service area with an area of 13.8 hectares (Vung Tau ward); Bac Phuoc Thang urban area with an area of over 420 hectares (Phuoc Thang ward); Cu Lao Ben Dinh urban area with an area of 110 hectares (Tam Thang ward); Go gas urban area with an area of 1,389 hectares (Long Son commune)...
The high-quality tourism capital of Ho Tram is also calling for investment in the 98.56ha commercial, tourism and entertainment center project; along with a number of other high-class resort projects. Con Dao Special Zone is also planning a complex of tourism services, housing, golf course with a total area of over 255 hectares...
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction, the urban system in the eastern area of Ho Chi Minh City was previously planned to be classified into 3 areas for investment and development. In which, the service - tourism development area is mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal corridor, in localities such as Vung Tau ward, Tam Thang, Long Hai commune, Phuoc Hai, Ho Tram, Binh Chau... and Con Dao special zone. With the orientation of making tourism a spearhead economic sector by 2030.
