According to initial information, at around 9:00 p.m. the same day, a truck with a Ho Chi Minh City license plate was traveling on Nguyen Van Bua Street, from Tay Ninh Province to the center of Ho Chi Minh City. When arriving at Nga Ba Giong (Ba Diem commune), the vehicle suddenly collided with a motorbike driven by a man traveling in the same direction.
The strong collision caused the man and the motorbike to fall onto the road and die on the spot.
Upon receiving the report, Ba Diem Commune Police coordinated with the traffic police force to quickly arrive to block off the scene, divert traffic and conduct an examination to serve the investigation and determine the cause of the accident.
As of late as September 30, the scene was still being handled by the authorities, and the related vehicles were taken to the headquarters for investigation.
