Submitting to the National Assembly to adjust national land use planning

    The Minister of Agriculture and Environment is assigned to represent the Government to submit to the National Assembly for consideration and decision to adjust the National Land Use Plan.

    On April 17, the Government Office announced that the Government had just issued Resolution No. 99/NQ-CP on adjusting the National Land Use Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

    The Resolution clearly states that the Government agreed to submit to the National Assembly for decision to adjust the National Land Use Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 as proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment in Submission No. 22/TTr-BNNMT dated April 5, 2025, Report No. 34/BC-BNNMT dated April 15, 2025 and related documents.

    The Government assigned the Minister of Agriculture and Environment to authorize the Prime Minister, on behalf of the Government to submit to the National Assembly for consideration and decision to adjust the National Land Use Plan for the period of 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 at the 9th session, the XV National Assembly.
