The Economic Department, Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee has just reported the results of handling land violations and construction order in January 2026.
Accordingly, at the beginning of 2026, the Economic Department regularly reviewed the actual situation in each village, organized flycam inspections of land violations and construction order, and promptly detected hotspots and potential violations to advise on handling directives.
The Economic Department has advised the Commune People's Committee to issue 38 decisions on administrative violations, 4 decisions on coercion to force the implementation of remedial measures.
Through actual inspection, it was determined that 7 cases in Ao Sen area, Dong But village are works and items built on public land many years ago. However, some cases currently do not have other residences. Dong But village grassroots has proposed that the Commune People's Committee consider the time after the Lunar New Year 2026 to review, complete legal dossiers and establish dossiers for handling administrative violations according to regulations.
After the Lunar New Year 2026, the Economic Department advised the Commune People's Committee to organize an inspection and review of all 7 cases in Ao Sen area; clearly identify the violating entity, the time of violation, the type of land, the current status of use, as a basis for establishing dossiers for administrative violations or applying remedial measures according to legal regulations.
In the following months, the Economic Department will continue to inspect and review the construction situation in the commune to prevent, promptly detect, and thoroughly handle cases of construction order violations. Advise the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee to issue handling decisions in accordance with the law. Review and inspect basic construction investment projects in the commune.
Along with that, regularly patrol and control to detect construction violations on agricultural land in areas with high risk of violations. Review public land and unused land areas to promptly detect and handle.
The Economic Department requests village heads to strengthen propaganda and dissemination to all people in the village about legal regulations in the field of land and construction order. Closely monitor the area, proactively grasp the situation, promptly detect and report to the Commune People's Committee and the Economic Department of new violations to have measures to handle them from the beginning, not to let serious and prolonged violations arise.
