Chuong My Ward People's Committee has just issued a document on issuing construction permits and managing construction order in Chuong My ward.
Accordingly, to ensure the issuance of construction permits and construction order management, Chuong My Ward People's Committee assigned the Ward Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department to appraise the dossier for construction permits according to the provisions of Decree No. 175/2024/ND-CP dated December 30, 2024, and Decree No. 140/2025/ND-CP dated June 12, 2025 of the Government.
The Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department shall preside over and organize inspections, coordinate with relevant departments, village heads, and residential group heads to request investors building works and individual houses to present construction permits according to regulations; promptly detect construction violations of planning, no permits, construction without permits; apply preventive measures according to the provisions of law, prepare dossiers to propose competent authorities to handle violations according to regulations; resolutely prevent the situation of unlicensed construction and construction without permits from occurring.
In which, special attention should be paid to the work of issuing construction permits, managing construction order in areas that have general planning of Chuc Son ecological town, detailed planning of commune cluster centers, rural residential points and areas with 1/500 detailed planning that have been approved by competent state agencies.
Chuong My Ward People's Committee assigns Chuong My Public Administrative Service Point to ensure timely and complete public disclosure by electronic means or lists of administrative procedures under its jurisdiction and implemented at Chuong My Public Administrative Service Point in accordance with the law on control of administrative procedures and relevant legal regulations. Receive dossiers requesting construction permits from organizations and individuals in accordance with the law.
The Thanh Oai - Chuong My Regional Tax Sub-Department proactively coordinates with the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of the ward to issue regulations on tax management coordination with construction contractors who are individuals and groups of individuals in Chuong My ward. Propagate to organizations and individuals who are construction contractors to be responsible for paying taxes to construction contractors who are individuals and groups of individuals in Chuong My ward.
Chuong My Ward People's Committee assigns village heads and residential group leaders to coordinate with professional departments under the Ward People's Committee to propagate and guide organizations, households, and individuals in issuing construction permits in the area. Proactively coordinate with the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs and related units to inspect, detect, and prevent arising construction activities (if there are violations) in accordance with the law.
Village heads and residential group leaders are responsible to the Ward People's Committee if violations occur in the village or residential group without reporting.
