On September 15, the Steering Committee for Coercion of Kieu Phu Commune (Hanoi) organized a Conference to deploy plans and options for coercion and propagate and mobilize violating households to voluntarily implement remedial measures according to the decisions of the Commune People's Committee.
The conference was organized to synchronously deploy tasks, unify implementation plans and strengthen propaganda and mobilization to make violating individuals voluntarily comply with the provisions of law, dismantle violating works before applying coercive measures according to regulations.
At the conference, Mr. Tran Hung - Deputy Head of the Economic Department of Kieu Phu commune approved the plan and plan to organize coercion for 7 cases of violations forcing the implementation of remedial measures according to the decisions of the Commune People's Committee for 7 cases.
The plan content clearly states the roadmap and tasks of each force, and at the same time emphasizes prioritizing propaganda, dialogue and creating conditions for households to voluntarily comply before organizing coercion.
In the discussion, representatives of violating households exchanged opinions, expressed their views and committed to coordinating with local authorities. Among the 7 violating households, 3 households attended the conference and all 3 households agreed to voluntarily dismantle the violating works and implement remedial measures according to regulations.
Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Mr. Nguyen Dat Tuan, Head of the Economic Department of Kieu Phu commune, requested professional departments, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, the Commune Police and the Party committees and authorities of the villages to continue to promote propaganda and mobilization for the remaining households; persistently explain the provisions of law, create consensus for households to voluntarily dismantle violating works.
At the same time, requesting forces to prepare sufficient conditions, ready to deploy coercive measures in accordance with procedures and legal regulations if violating cases do not voluntarily comply.
The conference demonstrated the determination of Kieu Phu commune in strengthening the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of land and construction order, ensuring the strictness of the law, and at the same time promoting mass mobilization, propaganda and mobilizing people to comply with decisions of competent authorities.
