Implementing Plan No. 179/KH-UBND dated April 24, 2026 of Hai An Ward People's Committee on organizing coercion to implement remedial measures for violations in the field of land in alley 26, Cat Bi street, Cat Bi 3 residential group, Hai An ward.
Through inspection work, it was determined that there were 5 cases of administrative violations in the field of land, including: Mr. V.T. T, Ms. D.T. D, Mr. D. V. C, Ms. D. T. T and Mr. P.D. V. The above cases have been sanctioned according to the provisions of law and have fully complied with paying the fine.
By many measures of propaganda and mobilization, as of May 5, 2026, there have been 4 cases of voluntarily dismantling violating works, including: Mr. D. V. C, Ms. D. T. T, Mr. P.D. V and Mr. V.T. T. However, there is still one case where Ms. D.T. D has not complied with the dismantling of the violating work.
In the coming time, Hai An Ward People's Committee will continue to strengthen propaganda and mobilization for the remaining 1 household before the time of organizing coercion, requesting compliance with the decision to apply remedial measures; voluntarily dismantle constructions and architectural works, move all assets and livestock (if any) on the violating land area, and restore the original state before May 15, 2026.
In case of non-compliance, the Ward People's Committee will apply coercive measures with a resolute and thorough spirit, ensuring safety and in accordance with the law. At the same time, completing the necessary conditions to organize coercion in accordance with procedures, ensuring publicity and transparency. Thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management in the field of land in the area, maintaining urban order and legal discipline.
