Building a project on public land, authorities intervene to enforce

    Hanoi - Tran Phu Commune People's Committee has organized the forced dismantling of illegal construction works on public land of 4 households.

    On June 26, Tran Phu Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) said that on the morning of the same day, the commune organized coercion to force the implementation of remedial measures for violating construction works on public land according to the decisions issued by the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee.

    Cases of coercion include:

    Mr. V.V.H, encroached on 27m2 of public land (internal traffic road) in Go La area, Dong Loc, Cong An village.

    Mr. P.V. T, encroached on 30m2 of public land to build works in Go La area, Dong Loc, Cong An village.

    Mr. N.T. T, occupying public land managed by state agencies, illegal construction with an area of 73.16m2 in Go San area, Dong Loc, Cong An village.

    Mr. N.V.T, total violated area of 153m2 on the state-managed land area of 800m2 in Dia Quan area, Dong Chuong, Tien Van village.

    According to Tran Phu Commune People's Committee, strict handling of violations contributes to improving the effectiveness of State management of land, construction, protection of public land funds and maintaining legal discipline in the area.
