According to the report of the Kieu Phu Commune Economic Department, the Commune People's Committee has issued Decisions on coercion, forcing the implementation of remedial measures for 8 cases including:
In case of violation of Mr. B.T. M's household, the enforcement location is at land plot No. 3, 340, map sheet 13, Can Thuong village, according to Enforcement Decision No. 2846, dated May 19, 2026 of Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee, forcing Mr. Bui The Manh to demolish all violating works on agricultural land with a total area of 172.2m2.
In case of violation of Mr. S.D. H's household, the enforcement location is at land plot No. 3, 339, map sheet 13, Can Thuong village, according to Enforcement Decision No. 2847 of Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee, forcing Mr. H to restore the original state of the land with an area of 264m2.
In case of violation of Ms. C.T. P's household, the enforcement location is at land plot No. 1. 175, map sheet No. 04, Can Thuong village, according to Enforcement Decision No. 2849 of Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee, forcing Ms. P to unload and transport all waste soil collected on an area of 437.5 m2 out of land plot No. 1. 175, map sheet No. 04, in Can Thuong village, Kieu Phu commune.
In case of violation of Mr. N.V.Y's household, the enforcement location is at land plot No. 2, 867, map sheet No. 03, Do Ngon field, Bai Noi village, according to Enforcement Decision No. 2904, dated May 21, 2026 of Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee, forcing Mr. Y to demolish all violating construction items.
In case of violation of household N.V.D, the enforcement location is at land plot No. 2, 853, map sheet No. 3, Giua Dong area, Bai Noi village, according to Decision No. 2941, dated May 27, 2026 of Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee, forcing Mr. D to transport soil, rocks, waste, level, and reclaim the surface of the land specializing in rice cultivation.
In case of violation of Ms. D. T. H's household, the enforcement location is Trung Quan area, Bai Noi village, according to Decision No. 2903, dated May 21, 2026 of Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee, forcing Ms. H to demolish the entire violating construction.
In case of violation of Ms. D. T. H's household, enforcement location: At land plot No. 3, 012, map sheet No. 03, Ao Ca field, Bai Noi village according to Decision No. 2909, dated May 22, 2026 of Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee, Ms. H is forced to demolish the entire violating construction.
In case of violation of Mr. K.D. B's household, the enforcement location is at land plot No. 3, 277 plus 3, 281, map sheet No. 6, Dong Dan area, Vinh Phuc village, according to Decision No. 2940, dated May 27, 2026 of Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee, forcing Mr. B to dismantle all violating items built on rice-growing agricultural land.
For the above cases, after detecting violations, the commune's professional working groups made a record of stopping construction, and at the same time requested the dismantling of all violating works as well as transporting the entire volume of soil and rock out of the rice cultivation area to restore the original state.
Along with that, the professional department has also propagated and mobilized families to strictly comply with legal regulations on land use, not to arbitrarily convert and build on agricultural land without the approval of state management agencies.
According to the Plan, the Kieu Phu Commune Coercive Committee will organize into 2 groups to launch a campaign to implement coercive measures for 8 violations, the expected launching time is 2 days: From July 7, 2026 to July 8, 2026; until the completion of the entire coercion of violating works.
The organization of coercion is to ensure the strictness of the law, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of land in the area.
The Commune People's Committee requests the participating forces to strictly perform the assigned tasks; absolutely ensure safety for people, vehicles and property in the process of performing tasks.
Forces participating in coercion continue to carefully review implementation plans, fully prepare human resources, vehicles, equipment and necessary conditions.
However, before the time to organize the implementation of coercive measures according to the plan, the Commune People's Committee requested departments, specialized agencies and village grassroots levels to continue to strengthen propaganda and mobilization so that violating households voluntarily comply with dismantling before the time of organizing coercion.
