The social housing project Area 2 – Area 7 Viet Sing is located in Viet - Sing Residential Area, An Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. This project has a total investment of 7,700 billion VND, with Becamex Group taking on the role of general construction contractor.
In which, Zone 7 Viet Sing builds high-rise apartment buildings with 4 blocks A, B, C, P towers, parking garages and auxiliary items. The project has a total construction floor area of 59,624 m2.
Viet Sing Zone 2 builds high-rise apartment buildings with 3 tower blocks A, B, P, parking garages and auxiliary items. The total construction floor area of the project reaches 47,970 m2. The two projects above will provide 1,852 social housing apartments for the market.
Representatives of Becamex Group said that this year, the enterprise is building 4 social housing projects with a total of 6,229 units in the Binh Duong area. Among them, it is expected to arrange about 1,000 apartments for development according to the rental model, in order to meet the housing needs of workers. Social housing projects are all implemented near factories and industrial parks. Thereby, creating conditions for workers to access housing.
