The Resolution of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee clearly identifies the focus on removing projects that are behind schedule, have long backlogs, and are ineffective, causing great loss and waste as one of the key tasks.
Based on reviewing, assessing the current situation and specifically classifying each project, the locality will develop a handling plan with the highest political determination, according to the principle of "6 clear": Clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibilities, clear products and clear authority.
To monitor and promote progress, Khanh Hoa will organize regular meetings: Agencies, units and localities will meet weekly; the Provincial People's Committee will meet monthly; the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee will meet quarterly to evaluate results and promptly remove obstacles.
According to Resolution 170 of the National Assembly, Khanh Hoa province is allowed to apply specific mechanisms and policies to handle 11 projects according to Inspection Conclusion No. 250 of 2020 of the Government Inspectorate.
Of which, 5 projects have been allocated land and leased land without auctioning land use rights in the old Nha Trang City.
These are commercial service complex projects, hotels and tourist apartments and offices for rent Luna, The Horizon Nha Trang Hotel, Hoang Phu High-end Housing Area, Thien Trieu Complex, Caucumbers, offices, Cattiger Hotel.
The remaining 6 projects were allocated land and leased land without bidding, including: The Arena, Cam Ranharies and Resort Club, Evason Ana Mandara Cam Ranh & Spa, Eurowindow Nha Trang Eco-tourism and High-class Resort, Saigon - Cam Ranh Tourist Area, Muong Thanh Nha Trang High-end Apartment Hotel Complex (60 Tran Phu, Nha Trang Ward).
The authorities will organize to collect opinions and evaluate the conditions for continuing to use land of each project, as a basis for re-determining land prices in accordance with current legal regulations.
