In early November, households illegally constructing on agricultural land in Hoang Dong 4 residential group, Thien Huong ward voluntarily dismantled the construction. Previously, through inspection, the local authorities discovered that Mr. P.D.T's household had illegally built a house of about 20 m2, with a three-story brick structure and colored corrugated iron roofs on agricultural land. The ward propagates and mobilizes households to clearly understand the violation, thereby voluntarily restoring the original state and using the land for the right purpose.

Also in Hoang Dong 4 residential group, the Thien Huong ward government has also discovered and handled a case of illegal construction on agricultural land. Through propaganda, Mr. Vu Van V's household voluntarily dismantled a 50m2 project (level 4 house, foundation built with three-story bricks, walls made of corrugated iron; roof covered with cold corrugated iron) illegally built.
In Hung Dao ward, recently, the collective of people in alley 195, Phuc Loc 2 residential group sent a letter of thanks to the local government for the ward's quick intervention in handling violations of land and construction in alley 195.

The People's Committee of Hung Dao Ward, Duong Kinh District (old) manages and uses a land area of 38.4 m2 at plot No. 26, map sheet No. 43, and list book No. 03 at group 13, Hung Dao Ward (old) according to the provisions of the law on land". However, some individuals with assets of bricks, stones, iron corrugated iron and trees are gathering in the area at plot No. 26 mentioned above. Therefore, the ward requires households to move all bricks, stones, iron corrugated iron and trees above out of the land area before August 19. However, the organizations and individuals involved did not comply with the requirements of the Ward People's Committee.
Recently, the People's Committee of the ward has dismantled the iron fences violating land, built and returned the site according to regulations. At the same time, the entire area of 38.4 m2 of public land (managed by the Ward People's Committee) was poured with concrete to serve the public purposes of Phuc Loc residential area.

Implementing the direction of Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Van Quan on strengthening the management of wharves, riverside beaches, and inland canals, the People's Committee of Quyet Thang commune has just had a working session with competent authorities to handle the violation of the flood escape corridor in Lam Cao village. Accordingly, Quyet Thang commune requested the dyke Management Department of Tien Lang area to mobilize violators to voluntarily dismantle all works in the flood drainage corridor (under construction of the foundation). The representative of the People's Committee of Quyet Thang commune affirmed that the commune will resolutely strictly handle violations of irrigation works and flood drainage corridors, prevent violations from recurring, and ensure the safety of the dyke system and drainage in the area.
