The Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Hung Dao commune (Hanoi) has just issued a document requesting households and individuals with graves to move to implement the Project to invest in building technical infrastructure for the resettlement area in Cong Hoa commune, Quoc Oai district (now Hung Dao commune, Hanoi city).
The project is located in Xu Dong Seu A, hamlet 1, Hung Dao commune, Hanoi city.
To serve the implementation of the Project to invest in building technical infrastructure for the resettlement area, the Hung Dao Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board announces and requests households and individuals with graves located within the land acquisition area of the project to coordinate in carrying out the relocation of graves.
In which the scope and subjects of implementation: Graves located within the land recovery scope according to land boundary markers, land clearance boundary (in Xu Dong Seu A, hamlet 1, Hung Dao commune) serving the project.
Households and individuals who are relatives and legal representatives of people with graves within the scope of land recovery.
The Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Hung Dao commune requests households and individuals to proactively contact the unit to confirm grave information, including location, quantity, current status, tomb owner, and representative.
At the same time, coordinate to inspect, count and sign confirmation of the current status as a basis for summarizing and developing compensation and support plans according to regulations.
Implement the dismantling and relocation of graves to people's cemeteries according to the regulations of local authorities and specialized agencies; ensure safety, environmental sanitation, and compliance with customs and habits.
