Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee (Hanoi) said that, implementing the provisions of land law and in order to ensure the progress of the project to build the discharge culvert and the Phu Thuong Pumping Station access culvert section, Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee notifies relevant organizations and individuals about the relocation of assets, trees, crops and architectural structures on public agricultural land managed by the ward.
According to the content of the notice, the Ward People's Committee is implementing a project on an area of 131.7m2 of public agricultural land. Through actual inspection, on this land area, there are some assets, architectural structures, and trees whose owners have not been identified.
To ensure the project construction progress, the Ward People's Committee requests organizations and individuals who are the owners of the above-mentioned assets, trees, and crops to urgently dismantle the works and move all assets out of the land area.
The deadline for completing the relocation is before March 25, 2026.
After the above time, if organizations and individuals do not comply, the Ward People's Committee will organize clearance according to the provisions of law. At the same time, the Ward Police are assigned to coordinate in verifying and clarifying the owner to propagate and mobilize serious compliance.
The notice is also publicly posted at the project site, the headquarters of the Ward People's Committee and the community activity hall bulletin board to ensure that all relevant organizations and individuals have access to complete and timely information.
Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee requests organizations and individuals to seriously comply, coordinate implementation, contributing to ensuring project progress, serving infrastructure development and improving the quality of life of people in the area.
