Marcus Rashford saw his No. 10 shirt at Manchester United given to new signing Matheus Cunha. This is another sign that the English striker has no future at Old Trafford.
Rashford is one of five players who want to leave the club and after announcing his wishes, they will be allowed to join the team later in July. Meanwhile, other Man United players will return to Carrington next week for pre-season testing.
The remaining four are Alejandro Garnacho, Jadon Sancho, Antony and Tyrell Malacia. Everyone is looking to complete the transfer moves, after telling the club about his desire to leave.

Rashford, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Aston Villa, lost his No. 10 shirt at the club as he continued to push for his departure. He really wants to try his luck in another tournament, with Barcelona being his favorite destination.
That move seems unlikely this summer, when Barca prioritized the recruitment of Spanish winger Nico Williams. However, the EURO 2024 champion has signed a contract extension with Athletic Bilbao until 2035, ending all speculation about a famous transfer deal to Barcelona this summer.
That opens up opportunities for Rashford, either through a paid-in contract or a loan. Especially as Liverpool have confirmed that Barca's other target, Luis Diaz, will not leave Anfield.

Meanwhile, Sancho wants to join Juventus after Chelsea paid Man United £5 million to escape a £25 million buy-off. Garnacho, who was a key part of Amorim's squad for most of last season, has also looked to leave after a disagreement with the Portuguese captain.
Disappointed because he was only a substitute in last season's Europa League final, Garnacho's harsh comments after the match were the last straw. Amorim immediately allowed the young Argentine star to leave Old Trafford.
Malacia has been loaned to PSV Eindhoven, who decided not to sign an official contract for £8.3 million. The Dutch defender also has no future at Old Trafford after a long period of injury. Meanwhile, Antony left a good impression during his loan spell at Real Betis. The La Liga team is willing to buy the Brazilian striker but at an affordable price.

Another option is to let Betis continue to loan Antony next season, with an offer to buy them out next summer. Man United wants to recover about 30 million pounds from the Brazilian player.
