In the starting lineup, coach Kim Sang-sik continues to choose goalkeeper Nguyen Dinh Trieu - who is a regular starter at the 2024 ASEAN Cup.
The defense line includes familiar faces including Duy Manh, Bui Tien Dung and Thanh Chung. In midfield, Trieu Viet Hung is a rather surprising choice for the Korean coach on the left wing.
