The FIFA Club World Cup 2025 will take place from June 15 to July 14 (Vietnam time).

After a period of active negotiations, FPT Play officially became the only domestic unit to own the media rights for the FIFA Club World Cup, taking place from June 15 to July 14 (Vietnam time) in the United States.

The FIFA Club World Cup is the top tournament in the system of club tournaments of the World Football Federation.

This year, for the first time the tournament was held in a completely new format, the number of participating teams also increased from 7 to 32, from 6 regional football federations: AFC (Asia), CAF ( Africa), CONCACAF (North, Central America and Caribbean), CONMEBOL (South America), OFC (Pacific) and UEFA ( Europe).

The 2025 World Club Championship has a total of 63 matches. In which, the opening match is scheduled to take place at hard Rock Stadium - Miami and the final match is scheduled to take place at MetLife Stadium - New York.

Excluding the host club, the remaining 31 clubs are continental champions in the last 4 years or have a high ranking according to the continental rankings in the same period.

Accordingly, the teams are divided into 8 groups, competing in a round-robin format. The top two teams in each group will advance to the knockout rounds to find the champion.

All matches at the FIFA Club World Cup will be broadcast live on FPT Play.
