At the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc, Deputy Secretary of the Fatherland Front Committee, Central mass organizations announced the Secretariat's decision on the mobilization and assignment of work with Mr. Ngo Van Cuong, Secretary of the Central Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
Accordingly, Mr. Ngo Van Cuong was transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations.

Mr. Do Van Chien informed the conference about the contents that the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations have been implementing.
Chairman Do Van Chien said that those who worked and worked at a historic time when the revolution of streamlining the apparatus, streamlining the payroll, building a strong, effective, efficient and effective political system was being implemented synchronously and drastically by our Party and all levels and sectors and brought very exciting initial results.
The Fatherland Front Committee and the central organizations have basically completed the assigned tasks such as: Developing the Scheme, submitting to the Politburo for approval and establishing the Fatherland Front Committee, central mass organizations; Develop a project to submit to the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Central Executive Committee for approval and are implementing the consolidation of socio -political organizations, the mass associations assigned by the Party and the State to the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Currently, 5 socio-political organizations are developing plans to conduct the merger and the new organizational model will come into operation from July 15, 2025, Chairman Do Van Chien informed.
Also according to Chairman Do Van Chien, Vietnam Fatherland Front has built and completed the contents related to the operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Article 9, Article 10, Article 84 of the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 2013; Research, review, propose and formulate projects amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Trade Union Law, Youth Law and the Law on Execution of the grassroots level; Coordinate with the Central Organizing Committee to issue guidance No. 31 -HD/BTCTW on the establishment of the Party organizations corresponding to the local administrative units and organizing the organizational structure of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, provincial and commune mass organizations in order to guide the consolidation, merger and establishment of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio -political organizations, mass associations assigned by the Party and the State.
With the achievements of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central organizations in the past time, Chairman Do Van Chien hopes that in his new position, Mr. Ngo Van Cuong will actively study, continue to promote his capacity and youth to complete the assigned tasks; at the same time, he hopes that the entire Party Committee will join hands and contribute to support Mr. Ngo Van Cuong to excellently complete his tasks in his new position.
