On the afternoon of March 10, Vietnam Coal and Minerals had a match against Zantino Vinh Phuc in the 10th round of the 2025 National U19 Women's Football Tournament - ACECOOK Cup.
Vietnam Coal and Minerals entered the match very determined because this was their last chance to gain points in this year's tournament. Good fighting spirit helped coach Cao Chi Thanh's students dominate the game.
That advantage was soon concretized in the first half. In the 40th minute, Nguyen Minh Anh scored the opening goal for Than Khoang San Viet Nam with a very dangerous long-range shot. The two teams entered the break with the advantage in favor of Vietnam Coal and Minerals.
Entering the second half, Zantino Vinh Phuc played hard and aimed to equalize. But then, their defense once again showed a gap. In the 67th minute, Ngoc Anh escaped very quickly before having a favorable cross for Thu Trang to tap the ball into the empty net to seal a 2-0 victory for Vietnam Coal and Minerals. Notably, this was also the only win for the mining team in this year's tournament as this was the final round of the tournament.
