On November 24, the Vietnamese team had a physical training session on the artificial turf field of Smart AirDome Gyeong Ju - the most modern dome stadium in Korea, which was put into use in April 2023.
True to its name, Smart AirDome is covered by a giant dome that integrates a very modern heating, cooling and air circulation system. Thanks to this technology, the temperature in the stadium is always guaranteed at 26 degrees Celsius in the summer and 18 degrees Celsius in the winter, with humidity maintained at 50%.
This condition has helped players to be able to practice comfortably at any time of the year, regardless of hot summer weather or cold winter weather.
Experiencing the ideal training environment for the first time, Tien Linh and his teammates were very excited and did not have much difficulty completing the training program of fitness expert Cedric Roger, especially the short and medium distance speed exercises.
In addition, players continue to be equipped with GPS chip shirts to help the coaching staff collect and analyze biological data and information about the running process, distance traveled, location, acceleration, heart rate, and health status of each player, thereby making appropriate adjustments.
In the afternoon of the same day, the Vietnamese team continued to practice tactics and techniques on natural grass outdoors.
