In the semi-finals the day before, both teams had memorable matches. U14 Hanoi defeated U14 AMD Malaysia with a score of 4-2 in the penalty shootout (1-1 draw in official time). U14 Song Lam Nghe An also defeated U14 PVF with a score of 7-6 in the penalty shootout after a 0-0 draw in the two official halves.
The final match, the 2026 Gia Lai U14 International Football Festival, was attended by Mr. Duc - the person who contributed to the birth of the tournament - and former Vietnamese national team coach Park Hang-seo. This is great encouragement for the young players.
The match between the two teams took place very balanced and tightly because the two teams were not unfamiliar with each other. In both official halves, the two teams created some scoring opportunities but did not take advantage of them successfully.
After two official halves, the match ended with a score of 0-0, forced to decide the winner after a penalty shootout. In this nerve-wracking match, U14 Hanoi won 4-2, thereby winning the championship, and U14 Song Lam Nghe An was runner-up.

In the previous third-place match, AMD Malaysia and PVF drew 3-3 in the two main halves, thereby having to enter a penalty shootout to determine the winner. With a 4-2 victory, PVF players won to finish third overall.
Immediately after the final match, the closing ceremony of the 2026 Gia Lai U14 International Football Festival took place. During the tournament, matches between 12 domestic and foreign teams created a lively atmosphere, with exciting and dramatic matches.
