In this match, U17 Vietnam continued to show impressive form when winning 5-0, in which Nguyen Van Duong and Nguyen Long Nhat each scored a double, the remaining goal belonged to Chu Ngoc Nguyen Luc.
Evaluating the recent preparation process, coach Cristiano Roland expressed his satisfaction with the training spirit and progress of his players. The Brazilian coach said that over the past month, the players have always shown a relaxed and eager spirit when wearing the national team jersey.
Everyone is adapting well to the playing philosophy set by the coaching staff, understanding their role and competing with high confidence. This is an important foundation for the team to reach the strongest state when entering the 2026 U17 Asian qualifiers.
In Japan, U17 Vietnam is expected to have 3 international practice matches with the "blue teams" carefully selected to suit the professional requirements of the coaching staff. The team will meet U18 Imabari on November 8, Matsuyama University on November 11 and U18 Ehime on November 13.
At the end of the training trip, U17 Vietnam will return home on November 15, entering the final preparation stage before participating in the 2026 U17 Asian qualifiers, taking place from November 22 to 30 in Hanoi and Hung Yen.
