With many solutions and efforts to promote the establishment of grassroots trade unions (CDCS) according to the motto "where there are workers, there is a Trade Union organization", up to now, Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor has admitted 2,184 union members, established 2 grassroots unions with more than 700 union members, striving to complete the target of developing union members by the end of 2024.
In Ninh Thuan province, in order to build a trade union organization in the hearts of workers, in recent times, the Trade Union of Industrial Parks in Ninh Thuan province has approached and mobilized workers in enterprises to join the trade union. At the same time, it has proactively coordinated with enterprises to recruit workers and create a source of union members. Recently, the Trade Union of Industrial Parks in Ninh Thuan province established the Trade Union of Hoang Thanh Do Luong Production and Investment Joint Stock Company, recruiting 75 union members out of a total of 200 workers working at the company.

Strengthening union member protection with long-term policy
In July - the peak month for developing union members and establishing grassroots unions, Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor organized survey teams at non-state enterprises in the area.
According to the leader of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, through the Union, workers express their will and aspirations through collective bargaining and dialogue, promoting stable development for enterprises and society. The grassroots Union in the production and business sector must perform well the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; must create trust for employers, helping them realize that when there is a Union organization, labor relations are more stable and favorable.
