Attending the ceremony were leaders of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union, leaders of VJS Vietnam Joint Stock Company and delegates representing 83 union members and employees at the unit.
At the ceremony, representatives of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union announced Decision No. 218/QD-CĐCT on recognizing the establishment of grassroots trade unions (CĐCS) of VJS Vietnam Joint Stock Company and Decision No. 219/QD-CĐCT on appointing the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee of CĐCS term I, term 2026 - 2030.
Congratulating VJS Vietnam Joint Stock Company on officially joining the Trade Union organization of the Industry and Trade sector, Mr. Le An Hai, Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, Chairman of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union emphasized that the upper-level trade union organization will always be a solid fulcrum, accompanying and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members.
At the same time, the Vietnam Trade and Industry Union is committed to standing side by side with businesses through the union member welfare ecosystem, supporting connection and promoting creative labor emulation movements, improving productivity.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Mr. Ngo Minh Tien - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of VJS Vietnam Joint Stock Company, term I, affirmed that the Executive Committee will quickly stabilize the organization and build regulations to closely coordinate with the Board of Directors.

Currently, the company is creating jobs for 83 workers with an average income of 8 to 10 million VND/person/month, while fully implementing insurance and social security policies.
