According to the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union, the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group always creates favorable conditions for women to study and develop, even in difficult circumstances. Female workers have many opportunities to participate in long-term and short-term training and professional development programs at home and abroad.
In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, female workers need to actively participate in the training process, fostering and improving the quality of human resources, contributing to the successful implementation of the goal of "by 2025, the rate of trained workers will be 70%" according to the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
To contribute to the implementation of the above goal, the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union always focuses on training, fostering, and developing professional guidance documents for female workers of the Trade Union to improve capacity and operational skills, especially the ability to adapt and be creative in the new context for the team of female workers of the grassroots Trade Union.
