Implementing the 2024 Training Plan and the full-term training program for the 2023-2028 term, Vietsovpetro Trade Union organized a professional training course for Trade Union officials at all levels from team leader and above.
The training course was deployed to implement one of the three breakthroughs proposed by the 7th Congress of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union, as well as to concretize the program to build a team of Union cadres with intelligence, professionalism, humanity, and sufficient qualities and capacity to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
Union officials were informed and discussed about 3 topics, including: Organizing grassroots union activities; Propaganda and education work of grassroots unions; Skills in organizing emulation movements. Thereby, Union officials clearly understood the position and role of grassroots unions; methods of operation of the Executive Committee and improved capacity in propaganda and education work for union members and workers; organizing emulation activities to build an increasingly practical and effective union movement, contributing to the stable and sustainable development of Vietsovpetro.
According to Mr. Hoang Phuc Long, Chairman of Vietsovpetro Trade Union, organizing training courses and professional training for Trade Union officials is extremely important to provide necessary knowledge and skills for Trade Union officials, improve the quality of Trade Union officials; organize Trade Union activities in the spirit of Resolution 02-NQ/TW of the Politburo; implement the target of training at least once a year for Trade Union officials at all levels in the whole Vietsovpetro.
