In the 2025 - 2030 term, many grassroots trade unions in Can Tho City aim to innovate emulation movements to create attraction and attract a large number of union members to participate. The goal is not only to complete the target but also to arouse and maximize the creativity and dynamism of the union members in labor, production and work.
At the Trade Union of Can Tho College of Economics and Technology, the organization of patriotic emulation movements among union members, civil servants, and workers (DV, VC, NLD) is one of the tasks and solutions that the unit focuses on in the new term.
Accordingly, the School Union actively launched and implemented well movements such as Good Teaching, Good Work, Creative Work, promoting technical innovation initiatives... In particular, the unit will create conditions as well as promptly commend, reward and replicate advanced examples of good people and good deeds in emulation movements.
As one of the individuals with outstanding achievements in professional work and trade union activities of the School, Ms. Ho My Hanh shared that in the past, she and her colleagues have implemented the "iodine application model in monitoring water environment parameters in aquaculture" along with teaching initiatives associated with professional work.
In the process of implementing models and initiatives, in addition to the efforts of the research team, the school and the Trade Union Executive Committee also paid attention to creating conditions for us to complete. In the near future, I will continue to maintain my professional duties as well as actively participate in emulation movements launched by the School and the Trade Union, said Ms. Hanh.
Similarly, at the Trade Union of Thoi Lai Medical Center, activities and movements to compete and promote technical innovation initiatives are also regularly innovated by the unit and units, employees to improve professional qualifications as well as meet the requirements of health care for people in the new period.
Mr. Dao Thanh - Member of the Executive Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Trade Union of Thoi Lai Medical Center - said that for the 2025 - 2030 term, the unit will have changes after the arrangement and merger process. Therefore, innovating the emulation movement is necessary to meet the practical situation.
"The emulation and scientific research and initiatives awarding certificates are maintained and innovated by the unit with the enthusiastic participation of the medical team, doctors, and medical staff at the center, especially the union force. Initiatives often focus on research on improving awareness of infectious disease prevention in the community; applying new treatment methods as well as improving medical examination and treatment processes, ... contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment at the center, said Mr. Thanh.
In particular, according to Mr. Thanh, emulation movements and initiatives not only contribute to the common interests of the center and people's health care, but also help union members, doctors, nurses, and health workers improve their qualifications and understanding.
According to the Can Tho City Labor Federation, to improve the quality and effectiveness of the patriotic emulation movement and reward work among cadres, union members, and workers, in the coming time, the city will innovate the content, form, and organization methods. At the same time, specify emulation movements to suit the actual conditions of localities and units; mobilize union members and workers to be proactive, dynamic, and creative in implementing digital transformation programs in trade unions at all levels, promote initiatives, improve techniques, promote research, and apply scientific and technological advances in production.
