Continuously in July and August 2025, Dong Xuan Knitting Company Limited organized many welfare activities for cadres, union members and workers.
Of which, 330 staff and workers and their relatives were able to travel for 3 days and 2 nights in Sam Son. The trip not only connects and strengthens solidarity within the unit but is also the Company's gratitude to its employees. Thereby, creating motivation for workers to continue to strive and actively work in production.
Another activity that brings benefits to workers. That is the program "Warm Breakfast". This is a new welfare regime piloted at Hung Yen Garment Enterprise. The program provides hundreds of free meals per day, contributing to health care and showing concern and care for workers through practical and meaningful work.
In reality, the above activities both demonstrate the concern of the Company's leaders and trade unions and are activities to implement the commitment to building a cohesive, humane and sustainable working environment at the enterprise.
