In the face of prolonged heavy rain, flooding and landslides caused by the circulation of storm No. 10 in many localities, the Lao Cai Power Company Trade Union organized a working group to visit and encourage the forces on duty at the power grid management teams.
Of which, the Van Yen and Tran Yen Power Grid Management teams were most severely affected, when the operator was deeply submerged in floodwater, officers and employees had to row a boat to approach the scene to be on duty and operate the power grid.
The working group led by Mr. Ha Van Anh - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union - directly inspected working conditions, presented gifts and encouraged workers living in flooded areas.

Faced with heavy rain and high risk of landslides, power grid management teams have deployed 24/7 duty, proactively moving plans, protecting the safety of people and equipment, and urgently overcoming incidents to ensure stable power supply for people and essential facilities.
Sharing the difficulties of workers, Mr. Ha Van Anh acknowledged the spirit of overcoming difficulties, responsibility and dedication of employees in especially harsh weather and terrain conditions.
Maintaining power lines in the midst of floods is a big responsibility, but it is also the pride of electricity workers. The Trade Union will always stand side by side, accompany and support in a timely manner so that the workers can work with peace of mind," Mr. Ha Van Anh emphasized.

The gifts were given directly in the floodwaters, the handshakes in encouragement at the flooded scene... are proof of the spirit of solidarity and sharing within the company.
Although the material value is not large, the gifts show the deep concern of the Trade Union organization for workers, especially in the most difficult times.
This is also an important source of spiritual motivation, adding strength for electricity workers to firmly overcome challenges, completing the task of keeping the power line bright and serving the people.
