On October 14, Ms. Nguyen Kim Thanh - Vice President of Vietnam Electricity Trade Union said that the "EVN Women's Creativity" movement is organized every 2 years. This is a movement to promote initiatives and technical improvements specifically for female employees of Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN), an activity related to their professional work, and has been actively responded to and participated in by women.
Over the past 5 years, nearly 300 solutions and initiatives from female employees have been applied to the unit's production and business through this program, bringing benefits of thousands of billions of VND and helping women become more confident in scientific research.
Most of the initiatives were carried out by groups of female authors, demonstrating the creativity, team spirit and "good" coordination of EVN women in many units.
Many initiatives are elaborately built on a high-tech platform, requiring the author to invest a lot of intelligence and time to perfect the product, contributing to the modernization of management and operation of the power system, saving costs, and improving labor productivity.

In the "10 thousand initiatives" program launched by the Trade Union and Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) from February 14, 2022 to August 31, 2023, there were 12,931 initiatives, reaching 129% of union members and workers participating, including hundreds of initiatives from female workers at the units.
