A worker at Hai Van Bac station (Thua Thien Hue province) was happy when Vietnam Railways Corporation gave him money to support his house construction.

At the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Dang" on the occasion of the Lunar New Year At Ty - 2025 organized by Vietnam Railways Corporation (VNR) and Vietnam Railways Trade Union for workers and laborers working at the station in the Hai Van Pass area, Mr. Dinh Xuan Hoa - Train operator at Hai Van Bac station - received 70 million VND in support of building a house.

In particular, the Vietnam Railway Trade Union issued a decision to allocate 50 million VND from the Vietnam Railway Corporation's Social Charity Fund. The Thua Thien Hue Railway Exploitation Branch Trade Union allocated 20 million VND from the Thua Thien Hue Railway Exploitation Branch's Social Fund to support the construction of a charity house for Mr. Dinh Xuan Hoa - a worker in particularly difficult circumstances, whose family is a poor or near-poor household in the locality.

This is an activity to promote the tradition of solidarity and mutual love of the staff and workers of the Railway industry; create more resources to promptly share and support funding for building and repairing houses for workers in especially difficult circumstances; thereby helping staff and workers of units in the entire Railway industry overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives, and feel secure at work.

Receiving that amount of money, Mr. Hoa was very happy and sent his thanks to the Vietnam Railway Corporation, the Vietnam Railway Trade Union and the Trade Union of the Thua Thien Hue Railway Exploitation Branch for supporting him.

“This money is a spiritual and material gift that has helped my family build a decent house. I also wish that the Vietnam Railways industry will continue to develop so that it can help more people who are still facing difficulties like our family,” Mr. Hoa shared.
