Implementing Decision No. 2146/QD-CT dated June 17, 2026 of the Head of the General Department of Politics approving the Plan to organize the Online Contest to Understand Occupational Safety and Health Knowledge in the Army Trade Union for the 3rd time, year 2026, the Contest will be held from June 30 to August 5, 2026.
The online contest "Learning about occupational safety and health knowledge" in the 3rd Military Trade Union, 2026 is a practical activity to concretize the policy of the Party, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense on building a safe working environment, protecting the health and lives of workers.
Through the Contest, contributing to innovating the content and methods of propaganda and legal education; helping officials, trade union members, and workers proactively update knowledge, raise awareness, responsibility and skills in preventing work accidents and occupational diseases, and gradually build a safety culture in labor, production and work.
After more than 1 month of implementation, the Contest has attracted the participation of 39/39 units directly under the Central Military Commission, Ministry of National Defense with trade union organizations; 407/407 grassroots trade unions; 139. 882/152. 290 trade union officials, union members, workers in the Army and 2,039 trade union members outside the Army.
According to Colonel Nguyen Hong Loi - Head of the National Defense Trade Union, through the competitions, the majority of officials, officials, trade union members, and workers participated with a serious and responsible spirit, firmly grasping basic knowledge of law and regulations on labor safety and hygiene.
Many candidates have well applied their knowledge and experience to practice, contributing to raising awareness of compliance, proactively preventing labor accidents and occupational diseases, and gradually building a safety culture in agencies, units, and businesses. There were 8,473 trade union members participating in the exam who achieved absolute scores (100 points), 1,643 entries completed in less than 3 minutes (maximum exam time regulated is 30 minutes).
As a result, the Head of the General Department of Politics awarded Certificates of Merit to 12 collectives for their outstanding achievements in participating in the Contest; 51 individuals won Excellent, First, Second, and Third prizes; and Certificates of Merit were awarded to 30 individuals who won Consolation prizes. The Head of the General Department of Politics also awarded Certificates of Merit to 2 collectives and 8 individuals for their achievements in serving the Contest.
