This is an activity organized by the Trade Union in coordination with the Company Director, aiming to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Trade Union (July 1, 1996 - July 1, 2026) and the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026), contributing to caring for the lives of workers and strengthening the cohesion throughout the Company.
At the Company's cafeterias, the menu has been upgraded with a total value of 197,000 VND/serving (of which the Trade Union supports 50,000 VND/serving, the rest is deducted from the welfare fund and daily meal standards), adding many rich and nutritious dishes.
To make the program organized effectively, units have proactively arranged time suitable to the production characteristics of each shift, each workshop, creating conditions for all union members and workers to participate. Service work is also well prepared, strictly controlling food safety and hygiene, thereby contributing to improving the quality of mid-shift meals, bringing joy and excitement to all officials and employees.
Present at the dining halls during the days of the program, many officials, employees, and workers could not hide their joy when gathering with colleagues around the Trade Union meal. The bustling atmosphere with stories about work, family, and shared life made the mid-shift meal warmer and more cohesive.
According to the sharing of many workers, the most meaningful thing is not only the improved quality of meals but also the concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization and the Company's leaders. It is the concern from those simple things that has added motivation for each official, employee, and worker to be more assured in their work, attached to the unit and strive to complete the assigned tasks well.
The program is also an opportunity for unit leaders and trade union officials to meet, listen to the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers, thereby strengthening understanding, building harmonious labor relations and a united working environment.
Trade Union Meals" not only bring warm meals but also contribute to uniting the collective, spreading the spirit of sharing and affirming the companionship of the Trade Union organization with workers.
The practical meaning of the program is also a premise for the Trade Union and the Company Director to continue to coordinate, towards building long-term welfare programs, better meeting the needs and aspirations of union members and workers.
