Chocolate with marshmallow

Hot chocolate with marshmallow is a very popular drink in Europe. The combination of the sweet taste of chocolate and marshmallows creates a unique culinary experience.

To make this drink, housewives need to prepare 200ml of unsweetened fresh milk, 50gr of dark chocolate or milk chocolate, 1 teaspoon of sugar (depending on taste), 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence, 20gr of small marshmallows.

Add the milk to a saucepan and heat over medium heat until warm but not boiling. Break up the chocolate into small pieces and add to the saucepan, stirring until the chocolate has melted. Add the sugar and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir until smooth.

Pour the hot chocolate into a cup, add marshmallows on top. The marshmallows will melt slightly, creating a soft, fluffy layer of cream. Drink while still hot to fully experience the sweet and warm flavor.

Cinnamon chocolate

Cinnamon Hot Chocolate is a delicate combination of the rich flavor of chocolate and the aroma of cinnamon. This drink not only keeps the body warm but also brings a feeling of relaxation. The characteristic cinnamon scent also has the effect of stimulating the senses, helping the spirit become more excited.

Pour hot chocolate into a cup, garnish with cinnamon stick or sprinkle some cocoa powder on top. Recommended to drink while hot to feel the characteristic flavor of cinnamon mixed with chocolate.
