Salmon is known as one of the foods rich in nutrients, delicious and easy to prepare into many diverse dishes. In particular, slow-cooked salmon with Citrus oil sauce is currently quite popular in many countries around the world.
The slow cooking method will help the salmon retain its sweet, fatty texture, while the Citrus oil sauce brings the perfect balance between the mild sourness of orange and the coolness of olive oil.
Regarding ingredients, housewives need to prepare: 4 pieces of salmon fillet (170 grams each), 5 grams of salt, 2.5 grams of dried coriander seeds, 1.25 grams of black pepper, 2 yellow oranges , 120gr green olives, 60gr parsley leaves, 60gr red onions, 15gr salted lemon, 30ml pure olive oil.
First, housewives put each piece of salmon into the baking tray. Marinate both sides of the salmon with 3.75 grams of salt, ground coriander seeds and black pepper for 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
In the meantime, prepare the Citrus dressing by cutting off the top and bottom of the orange and using a knife to cut along the stem to remove the peel and white pith.
Then, cut the orange into small segments, remove the membrane, put it in a bowl and add chopped green olives , parsley leaves, thinly sliced red onions, chopped salted lemon and a portion of extra virgin olive oil. Next, mix the mixture well until it blends together.
After the salmon has absorbed enough seasoning, drizzle the remaining olive oil evenly over the surface of the fish. Place the fish tray in the oven at 120 degrees Celsius and bake the fish for about 20 - 25 minutes. The fish should be golden brown, fragrant, soft and sweet.
When the salmon is cooked, continue to pour Citrus oil sauce evenly over each piece of salmon and the basic dish is completed. Salmon dishes should be eaten while still hot to fully enjoy the delicious flavor.
