Grilled pork chops with yellow mustard sauce is a quick and easy dish to prepare on busy weekdays. The characteristic flavor of yellow mustard when combined with pork chops will help increase the deliciousness, attractiveness and nutrition of the dish.
To make this dish, housewives will need 500gr of pork chops, cut into 1.2 - 2cm thick pieces to keep the meat soft and sweet, 30gr of yellow mustard, 15gr of honey, 15ml of soy sauce, 20ml of olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves and some other basic spices.
After preparing all the above ingredients, wash the pork chops and use a small hammer to chop them roughly to soften the meat and help the spices penetrate more easily. Then, marinate the meat with a little salt and pepper and leave for about 15 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together the yellow mustard, honey, soy sauce, olive oil and minced garlic. Season to taste and make sure the mustard sauce is not too thin or too thick, but has a smooth consistency.
Spread the yellow mustard sauce evenly over all sides of the pork chops. Make sure the meat is evenly coated with the sauce and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour to help the meat absorb the spices and retain its delicious softness when grilled.
Preheat oven to 180°C before grilling for about 15 - 20 minutes. Turn the meat halfway through to cook both sides evenly, then brush with a layer of yellow mustard sauce while grilling.
If you don't have an oven, housewives can use a non-stick pan, add a little oil before frying the cutlets over medium heat until the meat is golden brown on both sides.
Next, let the meat cool for about 5 minutes to let the meat juice soak in, then arrange on a plate, drizzle yellow mustard sauce over the meat cutlet and enjoy.
