Pork is not an easy dish to make for family meals, but if processed and eaten incorrectly, it can pose many potential health risks.

Pigments are usually made from organs (intestines, liver, fat ...) mixed with secretions and spices, stuffed into the small intestine or large intestine of the pig. Reputable health organizations have made clear recommendations on the consumption of organ and food products processed from animals.

According to the World Health Organization, animal organs are iron, vitamin A, B12 and zinc. However, the organization also warned that the organs, especially the liver and kidneys, can accumulate heavy metals such as cadmium, lead, mercury - if the pet is poisoned from the environment or food. Eating regularly can lead to chronic poisoning, affecting the liver and nervous system.

Regarding food safety, experts recommend fully cooking meat and organs to kill bacteria such as Salmonella, E. coli and parasites such as Trichinella spiralis, which often exist in raw or undercooked pork.

From the above analysis, to safely eat pigs, housewives should pay attention to some points when processing and using this dish at home.

First, choose ingredients from clean sources, ensuring traceability.

Secondly, limit regular eating, should only eat up to 1-2 times/month. Despite being delicious, but eating too much can lead to toxic heat, increasing blood fat, cardiovascular, gout, causing pimples, constipation. In 100g, there are about 400mg of cholesterol, if eating too much can cause excess cholesterol, increasing the risk of atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction and stroke. Therefore, the elderly and people with cardiovascular disease, gout should limit this dish.

Third, always ensure that the rice is cooked thoroughly, avoid eating it again or cooling it overnight; limit the use of smoky rice or preservatives.

Fourth, the best time to eat hearts in general, eating food in particular is morning or noon. Because at this time the body has a lot of energy to digest and absorb. Eating these dishes in the evening can cause indigestion, digestive system effects and increase heat in the body.
