Start by coating the dough with a large bowl of flour, rice flour and turmeric powder. Adding a little turmeric powder and eggs will help the fried cake crust have a beautiful and fragrant golden color.

Slowly add a little warm water and steep thoroughly until the dough is smooth, without sticking to the hands. Then, wrap the bowl of flour and let it rest for about 30 minutes. This step will make it easier to roll the dough thinly and the cake crust will be more loose after frying.

Add a few fillings to the middle of the cake crust, add a nut egg to the center. Then, double the crust to form a semi-mingle. Use your hands to tighten the edge of the cake and then gently rotate the edge of the flour to create a beautiful look.

Kettens need to be fried in oil to achieve even golden color. Housewives should boil the old hot oil before adding the pillow cake to the frying.
