To make shrimp salad, prepare about 200 - 300gr of fresh shrimp (should choose fresh shrimp paste or cardamom); bunch of Roman lettuce, green batch of lettuce; 1 ripe avocado; 100gr of cherry tomatoes; cucumber.

For the sauce, you will need 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil; 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice; 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard coffee; 1 teaspoon honey; 1 garlic cloves with salt and ground pepper.

After buying shrimp, wash them, peel them, remove the head and black fishing lines on the back. For the shrimp to have a rich flavor, marinate a little salt, pepper and minced garlic for about 10 - 15 minutes.

Prepare a small pan, apply a shrimp pan with a little olive oil over medium heat. This is a way to help shrimp have a beautiful color and maintain its crispy sweetness. Simmer for about 2 - 3 minutes on each side until the shrimp turns pink and the meat is hunted, turn off the heat and let cool.

Lettuce should be cleaned thoroughly, rinse with diluted salt water and keep it in the water. Some vegetables eaten with tomatoes and cucumbers should be washed and cut to taste. The avocado should be cut at the end to avoid being crushed and darkened.

Sauce is considered the "soul" of shrimp salad, so housewives should pay attention to mixing it with ingredients including olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, pepper. Use a cage to beat until the mixture blends and becomes smooth.

Put all the prepared vegetables in a large bowl, sprinkle on about 2/3 of the dressing and gently mix until the vegetables absorb the spices without breaking them.

Present the mixed vegetables on a deep plate, stack each shrimp and sliced butter on top. Next, pour the remaining sauce over the salad dressing.

To enhance the delicious and attractive flavor, housewives can sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese, along with nuts such as almonds, walnuts or a few fresh mint leaves as a shrimp salad that they can enjoy.
