Beef stew salad will be a great choice for quick family meals but still ensure adequate nutrition. To make this salad, housewives need to prepare 200 - 250gr of beef stewed with Tet (should choose foreign fillings for meat softening); lettuce; cucumber; cherry tomatoes; purple onions; 50gr of white sesame; 30gr of mayonnaise sauce; 30ml of rice vinegar; 20ml of soy sauce; 15gr of sugar; 5ml of mirin and 5ml of sesame oil.
Pre-process the beef and let it dry before seasoning with pepper and olive oil and letting the spices absorb for about 10 - 15 minutes. Preheat the pan and then steep the beef pan, each side for 2 - 3 minutes to help ensure the ripening of the meat to be pinkish red and soft. Then let the beef rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
Wash the lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes; thinly sliced purple onions, soak in cold water to help reduce the enthusiasm. Add vegetables and fruits to the basket to drain for a few minutes before mixing with salad.
Next, housewives can mix roasted sesame sauce. Roast the sesame on a pan over low heat until golden brown. Use a plow and a mortar to crush sesame seeds to help create a fragrant aroma. Add mayonnaise, rice vinegar, sugar, mirin to a blender and mix with roasted sesame.
Add the mixed vegetables to a large bowl and drizzle the sesame sauce on top, thinly slice the beef stewed on a steak and present it in salad and enjoy.
