Fatty foods are a food group that needs to be restricted. Fried food, fast food, or processed foods often contain a lot of saturated and trans fats. Besides, foods high in sugar are also not beneficial for liver health. Processed foods such as sausages, cold cuts, canned foods or instant noodles also need to be consumed at a reasonable level. These products often contain a lot of salt, preservatives and food additives. When this amount of substance enters the body too much, the liver must increase activity to process and excrete, increasing pressure on this organ.

In particular, alcohol and beer are one of the leading "enemies" of the liver. Regular use of alcoholic beverages can damage liver cells, increasing the risk of hepatitis, cirrhosis and many other serious diseases. To support liver detoxification effectively, alcohol and beer should be minimized or avoided.

The liver has the ability to self-detoxify very effectively if supported by a healthy lifestyle. Instead of looking for rapid detoxification methods, housewives should build a balanced diet, increase green vegetables, fresh fruits, drink enough water and limit foods that put pressure on the liver. This is a sustainable solution to help protect liver health for the whole family.
