Spaghetti is one of the favorite dishes of every family. Among them, Rigatoni noodles stir-fried with broccoli and fresh sausage will be the perfect choice that housewives can prepare to treat family members on the upcoming 2.9 holiday .
To make this pasta dish, housewives need to prepare 400g Rigatoni noodles (large spaghetti), 300g broccoli, 500g fresh Italian sausage, 20ml olive oil, 1 small onion, 10g rosemary leaves, 125ml chicken broth, 1 bunch of spinach, 20ml balsamic vinegar, grated Parmesan cheese and some other basic spices.
Next, boil the rigatoni noodles with a pinch of salt for about 10-12 minutes until the noodles are tender but still chewy. During the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli to the pot to boil together, then drain the water from the pot.
Next, prepare the sausage by using a knife to cut one end of the casing and gently squeeze the meat inside into a bowl. This will help separate the sausage meat from the casing, making it easier to cook later.
Heat a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion to the pan and saute for about 5 minutes until lightly golden. Then add the fresh rosemary and saute for about 1 minute.
Add the sausage meat to the pan, using a wooden spoon to stir the sausage meat until it is loose. Once the sausage is golden brown, add 125ml of chicken stock to the pan and simmer for about 3 minutes so that the stock can mix with the meat.
Mix the sausage mixture with the noodles and cauliflower prepared earlier before adding the rocket and balsamic vinegar and stir well. Once the pasta is done, season with a little pepper to taste and sprinkle with grated Pecorino or Parmesan on top for added flavor before serving.
