Combine curd and eggs for hair
Famous Indian hair model - Amit Thakur, shared that in hair care, curd and eggs are always known as natural ingredients full of nutrients that help hair shiny and strong.
They provide protein, vitamins and minerals, helping to restore and nourish hair from deep within. However, their long-term effectiveness is an issue that needs to be discussed carefully.
Mr. Thakur explains that these ingredients form a coating on hair strands, making hair look healthier in a short time. However, when this coating is lost, hair loses shine and no longer retains its original health.
Sharing the same view, Dr. Sanjay Agarwal, a dermatologist at CMRI Hospital in Kolkata (India), said that curd and eggs have certain benefits, such as controlling curly hair, nourishing hair and cleansing.
However, this combination also has some disadvantages such as unpleasant smell and limited usage time.
"Although there are not many scientific studies showing the effects of curd and eggs on hair, in traditional medicine, they have been proven to be beneficial for the skin and hair. Eggs contain protein and fatty acids that nourish hair, while curd has a cleansing and moisturizing effect," Dr. Agarwal explains.
Using curd and eggs is not a suitable solution for everyone. People who are allergic to milk or eggs may experience scalp irritation, itching or redness.
Dr. Agarwal recommends that users should test before using and always wash their hair after using a mask to avoid odor and skin irritation.
Using too many curd and egg masks can also cause accumulation, so they should be used in moderation and as part of a balanced hair care routine, Agarwal added.
Note
Although curd and eggs provide natural benefits and do not contain preservatives or chemicals as in commercial products, industrial hair care products are still effective quickly and designed to better suit specific hair care needs. Therefore, if you are looking for quick and clear results, specialized products can be the optimal choice.
