- 1 handful of curry leaves
How to make and use:
- Cut the onions into small pieces and put them in a blender. Next, add curry leaves. Blend the mixture until thick.
- Pour this mixture into a deep pan and add coconut oil and cook over low heat.
- Cook the oil for about 5 to 10 minutes, then lightly heat until the mixture boils.
- Reduce heat and let the mixture boil for another 15 minutes until the oil turns slightly dark.
- turn off the heat and let the mixture cool overnight to blend the ingredients together.
- The next morning, strain the oil through a sieve. This mixture is a bit thick, so you need to be patient when straining.
- Add the filtered oil to the bottle and use at least once a week for obvious results.
