The first step is to make tea and prepare lotus seeds. Fresh lotus seeds need to be cleaned and cleared to remove the bitter taste. If you are using dried lotus seeds, soak them for about 2 - 3 hours to soften them.

Add the lotus seeds to the pot with just enough water, simmer in the pot over low heat until the lotus seeds are soft but not break. Remove the lotus seeds and soak in sugar water to make the lotus seeds sweet and sweet.

Next, steep the tea with about 500ml of hot water at 80 - 85°C to steep 10gr ofhan tea for about 7 - 10 minutes, limit the use of 100°C boiling water to make the tea rich. After stewing, remove the tea residue and let the tea extract completely cool.

Add fresh milk cream, vegetable cream and a little pink salt to a large bowl. Use an electric mixer in moderation and beat until the mixture is light and creates a layer of creamy ice cream with moderate consistency. Store the ice cream in the refrigerator.

The stage of completing and decorating the glass of water requires skill when placing a quantity of cooked lotus seeds at the bottom of the glass. Add the ice cubes to about 2/3 of the cup and slowly pour from the cooledhan tea dong, then add sugar and stir well.

Gently pour the beaten salt cream onto the top, covering the surface of the tea cup. Use a strainer, sprinkle a layer of red powder over the surface of the cream.

Continue to put the star shape in the center and sprinkle yellow powder into the mold. Carefully remove the mold quickly to get a sharp star shape.
