On August 21, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference to honor exemplary union members and workers' families and children of union members and workers with high academic achievements in the 2024-2025 school year.
The conference was attended by Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa - Vice President of Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, Head of the Trade Union Work Committee; Ms. Bui Thi Thanh - Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Department of Education and Training; representatives of leaders of departments under the Provincial Federation of Labor, departments and branches, and a large number of union members, children of union members, and workers.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa - Vice President of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor acknowledged and praised the learning achievements of students in the past school year, and hoped that they would continue to strive to practice to achieve even higher results in the coming school years.
Today's conference not only commends children with excellent academic achievements but also respectfully commend 39 families of union members and exemplary workers families that strictly implement ethical and cultural standards, actively work and produce, and at the same time take good care of their children's study and moral training. These are important core elements in the movement to build a prosperous, progressive, happy, and civilized family" - Ms. Hoa emphasized.
At the conference, delegates met and listened to the sharing from representatives of excellent students about the secrets of studying, goals, future ambitions, as well as the experiences of raising children of exemplary families.
At the end of the program, representatives of the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa presented Certificates to 39 exemplary union member families and presented gifts to 103 students who are children of union members with high achievements in the 2024-2025 school year.
According to the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, the commendation conference is an annual activity, aiming to promptly encourage children of union members and workers to overcome difficulties and exclaim in their studies, while at the same time demonstrating the concern and care of the trade union organization for the lives of union members and workers' families.
