The City Labor Federation sent members to join the interdisciplinary working group to work with 21 enterprises to collect late payment of social insurance and health insurance for enterprises with trade unions; organized 9-class training on implementing the Law on Democracy at the Grassroots Level for more than 1,050 cadres and union members.

The work of occupational safety and hygiene, health care for union members and workers has been regularly implemented by trade unions at all levels with many practical activities, attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate.
The Hue City Labor Federation in coordination with the Labor Safety and Hygiene Council organized the launching ceremony of the Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month in 2025 with the theme "Strengthening assessment, identification of risks and risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene at the workplace", setting an urgent requirement to improve risk assessment capacity, proactively prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases, especially in the context of technology transformation, the fourth industrial revolution and increasingly large challenges in labor safety.
