Currently, the Intimex Company Trade Union (under the Vietnam Trade Union) has 1,040 union members/1,087 employees, accounting for 96%. The Resolution of the Intimex Trade Union Congress clearly states that "All activities are for union members and workers and all activities are aimed at union members and workers" in the most concrete, reasonable, practical and effective way. That goal is to orient the entire process of performing all tasks of the Trade Union organization and of each Intimex Trade Union officer.
The Intimex Company Trade Union has proposed solutions and implemented them seriously and effectively such as workers being mobilized to participate in the Trade Union organization immediately upon signing the labor contract; interview staff, organizers, and personnel who are union members, assigned to mobilize workers immediately upon exchanging and agreeing on labor contract conditions.
Not only that, the Intimex Company Trade Union is implementing a long-term, sustainable program such as "Improving the physical and mental health of workers" through specific activities, bringing immediate benefits that union members and workers can access, participate in and enjoy.
These activities are organized with the aim of connecting union members and workers from long-term-term movements. Especially when these activities are informed to take advantage of the premises and space in every way possible.
Due to the attention and consensus on the policy and support and facilitation of the Group's leaders as well as the units along with the efforts and proactiveness of the trade union, all activities attracted a large number of union members and workers to participate, achieving the set goals...
